Previously a detective in the SAPS, Rene started SAJC in 2003 when it became apparent that transport companies and any other person driving a vehicle, were in need of these services.
She has extensive training in the National Road Traffic Act of 1996 as well as The Administrative Adjudication of Road Traffic Offences Act, No 45 of 1998 (AARTO) and aims to present at least one AARTO training course per year.

This office does not act on license renewals, but compiles a database of your fleet and ensure you are advised 60 days prior to expiry of a disk, ensuring COF can be obtained in time.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I be arrested for an outstanding traffic fine?
Yes, once a summons was issued and the court date passes, you are then guilty of contempt of court, for failing to appear in court on the court date and a warrant of arrest is issued
Can the licensing authority refuse to issue my drivers or vehicle’s license for outstanding fines?
Yes, once an admin mark is placed against your ID or an enforcement order is issued, you will not be able to license your vehicle, renew your driver’s license or your PDP
